Austen Strauss joined Brown O’Haver in 2023 after relocating to Norman, Oklahoma from Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is a graduate of Davenport University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management in 2021 and was an active member of the university’s hockey program.

Austen brings a strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and competitive drive to his role as a public adjuster. He is passionate about advocating for policyholders and guiding clients through the complexities of the insurance claims process. His favorite part of the profession is helping individuals and families navigate difficult circumstances and ensuring they receive the full recovery they are entitled to after a loss.
