While watching various talking heads on TV recently, I heard a credentialed individual say that this phenomena known as artificial intelligence (AI) is the most significant invention since the atom bomb.  That is a pretty big assessment but perhaps he is right.  Already we are hearing that artificial intelligence was able to pass the bar exam and universities across the country are grappling with how to handle the potential plagiarism issues of their students when those students are using artificial intelligence to prepare discussion posts and research papers.

As for me, I love being able to ask questions and await for the answer.  This morning I asked, “What is Brown - O’Haver Public Adjusters” and I got this response”

That was a pretty good response, wasn’t it?   And just think, that response was generated by artificial intelligence.  As a student pursuing my second master’s degree, I have access to a website that checks for plagiarism.  I ran the above statement through the plagiarism checker which told me: NO PLAGARISM FOUND”.  Maybe this invention IS as significant invention since the atom bomb.
