Young, CPPA, SPPA Certified Professional Public Adjuster Senior Professional Public Adjuster Mr. Young is one of very few individuals throughout the world who has passed both the Certified Professional Public Adjuster (CPPA) Examination and the Senior Professional Public Adjuster Examination (SPPA). He has achieved the designations of both through the University of Iowa and the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). He has actively served on NAPIA’S Ethics Committee. He was the founding President of the Arizona Association of Public Insurance Adjusters. Mr. Young is a graduate of Weber State University with a degree in Finance. He has post graduate training in Advanced Financial Analysis through Utah State University and Dun & Bradstreet courses. He is a nationally recognized expert in the appraisal of insurance claims, having been retained by a national publisher to author writings to train attorneys in this provision of insurance law.

Oklahoma Office ManagerAlice Young is the Manager of Brown – O’Haver’s Oklahoma City Office. She has worked in the public adjusting
business since she was 16 years old participating in the preparation of inventories from burned out homes. Alice
earned a B.S. in Communication from Southern Utah University and has post graduate training at the University of
Oklahoma. She is currently preparing to take the Certified Professional Public Adjuster (CPPA) examination.Alice also has served in managerial positions of two of the largest retail chains in the world, lending expertise to her
abilities in commercial claim property valuation.
Claims Assistant, Brown – O’Haver
Kiarah is one of our claims representatives and the marketing coordinator in our Oklahoma office. She is a graduate of Oklahoma City University where she earned her Bachelor in Mass Communications. Kiarah has been with us since 2017.
Kiarah is a member of the Seminole Nation Tribe of Oklahoma and is also Absentee Shawnee, Kansas Kickapoo, Lower Brule Sioux, and Muscogee Creek. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and snuggling her dog and cats.
Jeffrey got started in the insurance industry in 2013 shortly after the tornadoes in Moore, OK. For the past 9 years he has worked as an inventory specialist, claims representative, and is now in training to be a licensed adjuster. You can find Jeffrey as one of the first people on site at any loss in the metro area.
Jeffrey has recently started working full time with Brown O’Haver after teaching English in South Korea for 2 years. Before that, he played collegiate golf at the University of Arkansas at Monticello where he majored in Composition and Rhetoric. He also has a cat named “Phil” who happens to be a licensed adjuster as well.
